Bangkok welcomes Carito’s, a modern Latin American venue, by the Sarnies Group. Nestled in the newly refurbished Sukhumvit 22 shophouse, the menu delivers vibrant dishes and a bold drinks menu.

Dishes to expect include the six-hour Beef Shank Barbacoa, and the Sea Bream Aguachile with watermelon agua chile and chamomile salt. Although it’s the drinks selection that turn a night at Carito’s into an experience.

The wine list is a curated nod to the terroirs of Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Think earthy malbecs, crisp torrontés, and velvety tannats taking the centre stage, each bottle handpicked to complement the kitchen’s layered flavours.

Carito’s cocktail program includes standouts like the Guava Pisco Sour and Oaxacan Old-Fashioned – using regional spirits in creative ways, balancing fruit, smoke, and spice.

For the sober-curious or those simply skipping the alcohol, the bars offerings include House-made ferments such as Sourdough & Honey mead (crafted from the extra loaves at Sarnies Bakery) and a traditional Tepache, delivering complexity and craft without the kick. Each non-alcoholic offering is brewed in-house, layered with botanicals, fruits, and native yeast.
