Radio House Negroni (The Radiogroni)

A Radio Social classic.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Gin
  • 30ml Meletti Amaro
  • 30ml Fot Li Sweet Vermouth

Method:

Step 1. Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cracked ice and stir 5-6 times

Step 2. Strain and pour over large clear (Van Winkle Ice) rock

Step 3. Garnish with orange twist

La Dominicana

Created by the team from Milk & Honey in 2001, this cocktail was on Radio Social’s first menu and is still a cult favourite today.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Havana 7 year old Rum
  • 15ml Dutch Rules Coffee Liquor 
  • 15ml Kahlua

Method:

Step 1. Add all ingredients to mixing glass, stir for 25-30 seconds

Step 2. Strain and pour into a chilled Nick & Nora glass

Step 3. Add thickened cream (after a quick whip) float on top

 

Tiramisu Milk Punch

A slightly more chocolatey riff on the creation by Darren Leaney.

Ingredients:

  • 400ml Cacao Rum
  • 400 ml Havana 7 year old Rum
  • 140 ml Cold Drip Coffee
  • 140gm Cacao Nibs
  • 100 ml Muscat
  • 150 ml Dutch Rules Coffee Liquor
  • 150 ml Dark Cacao Liquor
  • 300 ml Lemon Juice

Method:

Step 1. Add 400 ml Havana 7yo Rum with 140 gm cacao Nibs to Isi Whipper, charge, sit for 10mins and strain

Step 2. Crush 150gm Lady Finger Biscuits and 5 x Scotch fingers and steep in 750 ml Full Cream Milk four one hour before straining

Step 3. Combine remaining ingredients together, add ‘Biscuit Milk’ and stir.

Step 4. Steep for 24hrs in fridge and fine Strain

Step 5. Pour 75ml into Rocks glass, over large (Van Winkle Ice) cube and serve with Ratio Coffee / Chocolate Shard (or 70% dark choc shard)
