Ingredients:
- 40ml Never Never Oyster Shell Gin
- 20ml Punch & Ladle Medium Sweet Vermouth
- 10ml Finger Lime Mignonette (at home, make a simple lime mignonette if you don’t have finger limes)
- 3 dashes Black Lemon Bitters
- 1/3 bar spoon Finger Lime Caviar
Method:
Stir down all ingredients except the finger lime caviar, with ice.
Strain into ice cold Nick & Nora glass. Add finger lime caviar.
Garnish with a pickled onion.
