Featuring Cash Flow Vodka, raspberry, limoncello, and ice cream, this vibrant creation delivers a creamy, icy texture layered with bright, fruity flavours and smooth vanilla notes. It’s a grown-up twist on one of Australia’s most iconic ice cream flavours – the Splice.
Ingredients
45ml Cashflow Vodka
15ml Manly Spirits Limoncello
1scp Vanilla Ice Cream
30ml Fresh Raspberry Syrup
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with finely grated lemon.
