The ‘Filthy As Fuck’ Martini from Luckys Lounge.

Ingredients:
60ml Frankie Cadillac gin
15ml house made dry vermouth
2 dash’s of house made celery bitters
4 green olives
10 green olives to garnish
Method:
Add the 4 olives and vermouth in the tin. Muddle olives until completely smashed.
Add the gin and the bitters, then ice and stir until the tin is cold.
Grab your small rocks glass and add a mini old fashion ice cube from bare bones ice.
Loosely strain with your hawthorn strainer and no mesh sieve as you want some of the broke olive flesh to fall into the drink.
Top with 10 olives to garnish.
