Got an idea that deserves a crowd? Sydney Bar Week 2026 is officially calling for venue-led event submissions – and this is your shot to get on the program.
Taking place from the 12th – 16th September, we want to see what you’ve got. Whether it’s polished, chaotic, or high concept. Spots are limited, timeslots are tight, and the schedule fills fast.
What to send through:
- Venue name, preferred date, and time (events run in two-hour slots)
- A clear outline of your concept
- Expected guest numbers
- Why it works for Sydney Bar Week
- How you plan to promote it
The non-negotiables:
- Your event must feature products from at least two Sydney Bar Week headline sponsors
- Those products must come from different suppliers
- Non-partner brands can’t be included
