This morning, the owners of award-winning Sydney cocktail bar Maybe Sammy have announced a partnership with TFE Hotels to manage the food and beverage offering of a new premium hotel experience due to open early 2021 on the corner of George and Hunter Streets in the Sydney CBD. The working title for the new bar/restaurant is Deans on 22.
Speaking with Eros Pedone, again he mimics this notion that often creative thought comes from outside of the bar, allowing originality to shine. As Eros has said, to ‘live a continuous brainstorming life’ will allow us the opportunity to continually find ways to do things differently.
In news just in, three Sydney bars have made the cut in the World’s 50 Best Bars. A huge congrats to Maybe Sammy (11), Cantina OK! (28) and Bulletin Place (39). London’s Connaught bar knocked Dante off the top spot.
