LARK Distilling Co. has signed a distribution partnership with Spirits Platform

From August this year, Spirits Platform will be LARK Distilling Co’s exclusive distributor for the Australian market, signalling the next exciting growth phase for LARK Single Malt & Blended Whisky and FORTY SPOTTED Gin.

Spirits Platform is Australia’s leading Independent Spirits Distributor. Their diversified range of spirits and liqueurs, including the Remy Cointreau and Edrington brands, provides significant portfolio strength and overlap with LARK & FORTY SPOTTED’S target customer and consumer base. The long-term, strategic partnership will position LARK and FORTY SPOTTED as “core brands” and the only Australian brands in the Spirits Platform portfolio.

Spirits Platform is a market leader in Ultra-Premium and above Single Malt Whisky (+$100) in Australia, and the partnership enables LARK and FORTY SPOTTED to unlock increased domestic sales volume and revenues through strong brand-building capability and access to a significantly larger sales force. The opportunity is particularly prevalent within the wholesale and independent channels, where Spirits Platform has a sales force of twenty-eight, more than five times larger than Lark’s.
