Perth venue XO Lounge Restaurant Lounge & Bar is mixing good food, great drinks and friendly staff and the Perth locals are chomping at the bit to hunt down this new site.Located on the ground floor of Exchange Plaza in the heart of the Perth CBD, The central feature of the venue is the glowing white onyx marble bar and a state of the art surround sound system – that pumps out old school tunes.

“We are open Monday to Friday from 6 am for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is also served from the dining room from Wednesday to Saturday and will be serving an exceptional Mediterranean menu,” XO’s Ian Loh. “The wine will have a focus on quality from both local and international wines, showcasing the best varietals from each particular region.”

Loh says that XO’s cocktail list is currently driven by a strong desire to showcase ‘a range of classic cocktails’ and that their house cocktail list will be launched in early 2011. Loh is excited about the cocktail possibilities; “The focus on quality has also crossed over to the spirits and mixers, stocking the full range of Fever-Tree products and top shelf collection of spirits.”
