island2island will be bringing Ian MacMillan, the incredibly talented Master Blender responsible for well loved whiskies Tobermory, Bunnahabhain, Ledaig and Deanston, to Australia for various trade and consumer tastings this month.
Blending is a highly secretive art, which has been passed down through generations of Master Blenders. Creating an exceptional blended whisky requires a complex combination of precise science and years of knowledge and expertise. Ian has been a Master Blender for over 40 years so he knows a thing or two about it.
