After a hiatus of a few months and a renovation of the interior, Sydney bar Easy Eight has reopened their doors and unveiled a new look.
The bar, which comes from the team behind popular Sydney bar, Mojo Record Bar, offers up a range of American-inspired dishes — think jambalaya, corn on the cob, buffalo wings, and you get the idea.
Drinkswise, they’ve got some cracking vino and craft beer, and a range of signature cocktails — take a look at the new interior below.
