Melbourne rooftop bar – Beverly, reopen’s with a new cocktail menu

Nestled above Chapel Street in Melbourne’s CBD, Beverly rooftop bar has reopened, unveiling a new winter cocktail list designed to warm the coldest of nights, introducing the ‘Late Night Tales’ menu.

The bar’s new cocktail lineup is rich, layered and built for comfort. The Banoffee Bonfire leads the list – a mix of burnt butter-washed spiced rum, banana liqueur, miso caramel and steamed oat milk, finished with grated nutmeg.

Other cold-season staples level up with a twist, like the Irish Coffee, featuring Writers Tears Irish whiskey, palm sugar, fresh espresso, and vegan cream, while Cognac Cacao offers a plush finish with Hennessy VSOP, Kahlua, chocolate, and oat milk.

For those leaning into spice, the Gingerbread Amaretto blends Disaronno, gingerbread, and almond milk – warming without being heavy. After Dinner Mint is the boldest pour on the list, balancing crème de menthe, dark chocolate liqueur and Fernet-Branca with vegan cream, salt, and chocolate bitters.

A single hot serve, Spirit Forward – No. 02, holds its own with bourbon, calvados, earl grey, lemon, and chocolate bitters – a quiet slow-burner built for cool rooftop nights.

The drinks are served across Beverly’s indoor-outdoor space – from lounges to private corners, the venue transitions from day to night with ease. Delivering sharp cocktails and sweeping views in equal measure, Beverly is a rooftop made for golden hour, and late-night sips.
