Super 44 brings a margarita-focused neighbourhood bar to Enmore Road this week

The team behind Cantina OK!, Centro 86 and Tio’s is set to open its latest venue this week, with Super 44 launching on Enmore Road.

Located just a few doors from Bar Planet, the new neighbourhood margarita bar marks the first time Mucho Group has brought its signature ice-shaved margarita program to Sydney’s Inner West, with fruit-forward variations taking centre stage.

For MUCHO Group CEO Daisy Tulley, the opening is a chance to bring one of the group’s most popular drinks to a new audience.

“As an Inner Westie myself, I am especially excited about this new opening and our mission to bring the world’s best margarita to Enmore Road,” Tulley says.

“Margaritas have been part of MUCHO since day one – we’ve made tens of thousands of them over the years, and Super 44 brings everything we love about them together in one place.”

The drinks list revolves around four margarita styles: Classic, Spicy, Frozen and Sparkling, alongside a rotating monthly special highlighting seasonal fruit. Fresh lime juice is squeezed to order for every drink, while hand-shaved ice, a hallmark of the group’s cocktail venues, features throughout the menu.

The focus is intentionally narrow, allowing the team to refine and explore the cocktail across multiple formats while maintaining a casual neighbourhood feel.

Inside, Super 44 takes inspiration from traditional Mexican cantinas and old-world European tabernas. Tiled floors, dark timber finishes and eclectic artwork fill the room, creating a space designed to feel equally suited to a quick drink or a long evening.

Rather than a polished cocktail bar, the venue aims for something more relaxed and communal, pairing its margarita offering with hot popcorn and a welcoming atmosphere.

“We can’t wait to open the doors and welcome people in for a margarita on Enmore Road,” says Tulley.

With agave already firmly embedded in the DNA of MUCHO Group’s venues, Super 44 narrows the focus further, giving one of the world’s most popular cocktails a dedicated home in Sydney’s Inner West.
