Following a recent renovation The Saint is occupying the site that previously held the Paddington Arms Hotel. With its comfy chesterfields, cosy candlelight and friendly staff, The Saint claims to have settled in nicely and is already attracting a regular Paddington following.

The Squire’s Bounty is the latest James Squire concept bar to open its doors and the first to make landfall in Tasmania.
