We are taking a look at pandan today, and this drink from the creative minds at Sydney bar PS40 works the ingredient into a barley soda to top things off.

It’s a drink from a past menu, but a nice way to incorporate pandan into a cocktail. You may know PS40 from such award-winning efforts as their cocktail list (which last year saw them awarded Cocktail List of the Year at the bartender Magazine Australian Bar Awards), or for any number of creative collaborations, be it popups with luminaries such as Nico de Soto and Luke Whearty, or their boutique bar swag collaboration with Ultra Violet (the design studio of Livia Lima, the designer and creative director of the bar) and Romance Was Born, an acclaimed local fashion house.
