Therefore, Campari is rallying Australian bartenders to participate in a global Centenary Project: By June 30, put your own creative spin on the classic Negroni and submit your drink on Instagram using #N100recipes for a chance to have your masterpiece included in a compilation of the world’s best 100 Negroni twists.
Created in 1919 in Florence, 100 years have passed since the creation of one of the world’s most iconic cocktails: The Negroni.
To celebrate this milestone, Campari Australia is activating a fully integrated marketing programme that runs until July 2019.
“2019 will be an exciting year for the Campari Group as we refresh our Bartender Education and Advocacy platform and launch the CAMPARI ACADEMY,”says Campari Australia National Brand Ambassador & Advocacy Manager Daniele Pirotta.
The 2018 Negroni Week will kick-off in just a few days and bartenders all around Australia are getting ready to celebrate the iconic Negroni cocktail and raise a glass for a good cause. 250 venues have already registered to support a charity of their choice by donating a portion of their Negroni sales between the 4th and 10th of June.
