Negroni Week is just a few days away!
Join us from 14-20 September, as we raise a Negroni to our favourite bars and bartenders!
This Negroni Week, Campari Australia is dedicated to support the Australian hospitality industry, by partnering with Help out Hospo, a national charity that provides financial aid to bartenders that have been affected by the pandemic.
The overall goal is to raise $50,000 in donations of which Campari Australia will contribute $5,000 to show their commitment to this good cause.
The key element of this year’s Negroni Week campaign is a collaboration with leading bartenders from Australia and New Zealand to curate the first edition of the Negroni Cocktail Book.
This eBook is free to download and shares the story of the Negroni, ten classic Negroni recipes and 55 contemporary twists by some of the most innovative bartenders in the Southern Hemisphere, plus provides expert tips on how to make the perfect Negroni.
