255 Darling Street, Balmain
The Gallagher Hotel group has doubled down on the award-winning design they employed at their York Street venue, Le Pub and have set up a Balmain outpost of the venue.
Taking over the old Monkey Bar site, they’re offering up plenty of Parisian-inspired pub dishes, like crepes Suzette, bouillabaisse and chicken liver pate.
More importantly, on the drinks list you’ll find a bunch of French vermouths, French farmhouse ciders and a range of Massanez liqueurs offered with blanc de blancs.
It is winter time after all, and what better way to spend an evening than with some big bottles of gutsy farmhouse cider and welcoming, warming French food?
