Black garlic, porcini cola, gooseberry shrub, pig fat-washed whisky and Mpumalanga fire. Does Africola have your attention?

These are all ingredients used in the venues drinks list created by bar manager Andrew Cameron. Cameron has a keen interest in the science of drinks and is definitely getting creative with the concise cocktail list. The venue draws inspiration from South Africa born chef Duncan Welgemoed who reinvigorates traditional dishes to give Adelaide something they haven’t seen before.

Feel free to snack at the bar or spend longer in the restaurant and test out the small yet diverse wine list with over 20 options by the glass.
