John Wood knows a thing or two about tequila: he’s been making regular pilgrimages to Mexico for years, and fell in love with Tequila Corralejo so much that he decided to start bringing it here to Australia.
Corralejo has picked up a number of awards over the years, and in particular their Corralejo Reposado has been garnering gold medals internationally.
With that in mind, don’t miss Wood’s talk on the influence of oak ageing on tequila at the Indie Tasting this year at Sydney Bar Week. The Indie Tasting takes place on Tuesday 22 September at Frankie’s Pizza from 12pm.
You can catch Wood’s talk on the influence of oak at 2:30pm. Entry to the seminars are free with an Indie Tasting ticket.
Tickets to the Indie Tasting are $20 online — click here to book now before it sells out.
