The Lobo Plantation turns five years old this week, and all week their revisiting some of their greatest cocktailing hits — like this Wraynbu.
The Lobo Plantation’s Wraynbu
	
	
- 30 ml Wray & Nephew Overproof
 - 30 ml Malibu
 - 30 ml lemon juice
 - 10 ml sugar syrup
 - egg white
 - 100’s & 1000’s (to garnish rim)
 
- Rim glass with the 100’s & 1000’s.
 - Shake all ingredients without ice and then with ice.
 - Double strain into a rimmed coupe.
