This new Brisbane bar has been open a few months now, but it’s fighting the good fight in Brisbane’s Woolloongabba precinct (that’s near the Gabba, for those outside the Sunshine State).
The downstairs level features a full restaurant (and there’s handy seats at the bar, there), but it’s upstairs where bartenders will head, to the bar within a bar they’re calling Jack Rabbits. There’s plenty of whisky to be had from the back bar, and you’d do well to dip into the cocktail list — they’re doing a fine line on some whiskey-focused classics.
