- 15 ml poitin
- 20 ml creme de menthe
- 20 ml creme de cacao
- 20 ml coconut milk
- Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
We tend to think of Irish whiskey when it comes to March — it’s the month of St Patrick’s Day, after all — but this March we’ll be thinking about this drink. It’s a tasty update on the Grasshopper, that green monstrosity of the 80’s, but with a little unaged Irish whiskey — poitin, if you will — this one’s a keeper.
