Shay Chamberlain’s Mango-colada

Mango-colada by Shay Chamberlain

  • 50 ml BACARDI Spiced
  • 1 large mango cheek (fresh is best for texture)
  • 1 large scoop of coconut sorbet
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml agave
  1. Blend with 5 cubes of ice
  2. Sprinkle with spice mix of 3 parts sumac to 1 part harissa
  3. Spice up your life!
