Paul Clarke was, for a long time, the blogger behind The Cocktail Chronicles. Before the days of Facebook, his site could be a useful tool for bartenders trying to piece together classic cocktails.

Well, nowadays he’s the big cheese at US publication, Imbibe, and he’s put out his very own cocktail book, The Cocktail Chronicles.

It’s billed as a guide to the cocktail renaissance and explores both the modern and classic drinks that have been a part of the cocktail comeback.
