Celebrating World Gin Day

In honour of the juniper, we decided to aim less for the stars and more for the planets with this cocktail by Bombay Sapphire.

The Saturn

  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 10ml Taylor’s Falernum
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml passionfruit puree
  • 10ml orgeat syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until frosty
  2. Pour into chilled rocks glass and add crushed ice
  3. Garnish with Maraschino cherry skewered into an orange slice and a sprig of mint
