Australia on the global stage! A huge congratulations to Vince Sidari, who represented Sydney at the Cointreau Margarita Challenge 2025 in Angers, France — and took home 2nd Runner-Up! The Winner was Robbe Dupon from Belgium and 2nd place was Winnie Wei from China.
Vince’s cocktail, The Circle of Lemon, wowed judges with its creativity and sustainable “fruit to leaf” approach, proving Aussie bartenders can stand tall among the world’s best.
This year’s challenge brought together 12 talented bartenders from around the globe, all reimagining the Margarita with innovation, craft and zero-waste flair.
