Gin Lane on Kensington Street has launched its Tales & Tonics pop-up, running from 17 October to late December. The venue has had themed lift with references to A Court of Thorns and Roses, Harry Potter, and The Lord of the Rings.
On arrival, guests are offered a tarot reading to determine which themed cocktail they’re aligned with. Readings are offered every Friday until December.
The cocktail lineup includes: The Cauldron with rose petal–infused Casamigos tequila, triple sec, spice, lime, activated charcoal and a bubbling citrus shot. The Spring Court in Bloom, features blood orange–infused Bombay Dry Gin, fresh lime, shimmer, and an edible illustration.
Then there’s Gandalf’s Pipe offering a smoked coffee and cacao nib cognac, biscoff with cold drip and salted caramel espresso, served with a wand. And finally, Slughorn’s Hourglass with raspberry and violet-infused Bombay Sapphire, pressed raspberry, white chocolate, prosecco, and lemon.
Available 4–6pm daily and 2–5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Gin Lane is also running gin masterclasses during the pop-up, covering botanical flavour profiles and custom gin blending.
