The Flor de Caña’s Sustainable Cocktail Challenge for 2023 is hosting its Australian finals during Sydney Bar Week. Enjoy rum drinks and canapes while you watch the 7 finalists from Australia and New Zealand compete LIVE for the esteemed panel of judges.
The teams will be showcasing drinks with seasonal New Zealand & Australian ingredients while keeping it light, zesty & refreshing. There will also be a super rare bottle of Plantation Cut & Dry bottle (Coconut Plantation) for the lucky ones to try.
