If I’m going to be perfectly honest (which doesn’t happen all that often), the bartender in me is just a wee bit loathe to share this site with you; it is, however, my duty to inform you that The Cocktail Kingdom, which I have previously reviewed in Australian Bartender, has, while I wasn’t looking, undergone an upgrade.

With the exception of Old School, the crew at the 4bars office heartily disagrees with their list and as such, we have compiled our own. So here goes (in no particular order):

Remember that the bartender is the one person in the bar that everyone counts on. If we lose it, if we fail to understand what’s going down, if we get irrational, or out of control in any way, shape, or form, then we’re not doing our job properly.
