It was great to head down to Melbourne to host the Indie Spirits Tasting at The Craft & Co in Melbourne on the weekend. We had a great turn out of exhibitors and both consumers and the trade spent an afternoon tasting some really great booze from over 30 exhibitors.

After what feels like a COVID-induced eternity, we are really excited to announce that the Indie Spirits Tasting will be making its return to Melbourne this Sunday, 8th May, the first event since 2019.
Being crowned Australian Bar of the Year is a big deal. So what do the previous winners have in common? It’s all the little things that combine to make something great. From the attention to detail, the service, the lighting, the music to the atmosphere, the staff and the drinks.
Coa in Hong Kong secures the No.1 spot for the second year in a row and is named The Best Bar in Asia, and The Best Bar in Hong Kong. It is the second bar to achieve this back-to-back feat, after Manhattan, Singapore, in 2017 and 2018.
To be a part of the competition, bartenders need to create a Never Never menu for their venue featuring one drink from each of the two categories; a gin and tonic featuring Never Never Triple Juniper Gin and a three ingredient cocktail using Triple Juniper Gin or Ginache, and then promote them in their venue using a menu they design.
