60ml Patrón Silver Tequila
120ml grapefruit soda
Flaky sea salt and lime to garnish.
Rim the glass with sea salt then add ice, Patrón Silver and grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.
It’s more popular than the Margarita in Mexico, and it’s a drink that is as simple to make as it is delicious: the Paloma. The name means Dove in Spanish, but you don’t need a word of Español to put out a perfect drink.
