Perthites have yet another reason to get excited with the recent opening of The Conservatory rooftop bar. While it was originally slated to open in time for last summer, the usual hiccups that come with any venture delayed it until now – but better late than never!
Rather than letting the delay dampen the enthusiasm for the new addition, the team behind the venue are looking forward to being able to offer Perth’s partying locals something unique.

With new boutique-type wine and cocktail bars opening all over the world, we have adopted a similar yet unique concept, offering our clients panoramic views in luxurious style, and still taking advantage of Perth’s glorious sunshine, even in winter!”
The new bar sits on top of Carnegie’s on Murray Street, The Conservatory, an innovative and exciting new bar and restaurant was designed by Baltinas Architects, and the venue will feature cutting edge design blended with a luxurious fit out.
The site offers total privacy, a great location to take advantage of Perth’s beautiful sunny days and the premier position to enjoy panoramic city views. The bar team will be serving up a selection of premium wines as well as champagne, premium beers – and cocktails of course!
