The crew behind Toko and Tokonomo have taken another prime spot on Surry Hills’ bustling Crown Street – and only 50 metres from their current operations.
Rainford Street Social opened in late July and the venue is being steered by Ben Orpwood (head chef), Jon Riera (bar) and Kristy Witchets (floor). The offering is simple, classy, seasonally-focused food and wine that will rotate frequently, matched with a “non-time consuming and uncomplicated” cocktail philosophy. Rainford Street Social is open Wednesday to Sunday.
