Australian Bartender goes live in the App Store

The team here at Australian Bartender are very pleased to announce that our February issue — landing in bars around the country this week — is also now live in the Apple App Store and Newsstand. The app itself is free to download and issues are available for $2.99 — which represents a huge saving on the print edition.

“Almost 150 issues ago Bartender magazine was the first bar trade title launched in Australia,” said founder and publisher, David Spanton. “It seems fitting that we continue to lead and innovate by being the first such title to be available on the iPad. Australian Bartender ‘s print, web, exhibition and now digital channels re-affirms it as the No.1 trade media brand to reach bar professionals,” he said.

We’re slowly adding greater interactivity to the iPad edition as we go further into this new frontier, with back issues on the way, so grab a monthly subscription and take Bartender with you wherever you go — it solves the problem of the one copy your bar receives disappearing into the managers’ office never to return!

Head to itunes.com/apps/australianbartender or search for Australian Bartender in the App Store or Newsstand to download a copy now.
