Located in Sydney’s Industrial waterfront – Pyrmont, 1888 Hotel is a newly opened boutique hotel. 1888 presents the opportunity to become part of this unique hotel as we look for a passionate, outgoing and experienced Bartender to show off their cocktail skills!
The role…
You will work on a flexible basis including weekends on a 7 day rotating roster (approximately 38 hours), on a casual basis.
Your responsibilities…
- Creating the cocktail list and driving the marketing & promotional activities of the bar
- Running the floor, preparing the beverages and ensuring a smooth operation
- Delivering service standards and procedures with a genuine smile and personal warmth
- Contributing to training and service standard delivery
You…
- Have an excellent cocktail background and exciting new ideas for the bar
- Have previous experience in bartending roles and have a valid RSA certificate
- Have extensive food and beverage knowledge and a passion for excellent service
- Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Were blessed with excellent and charming communication skills and love to interact with guests
