The Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food website is reporting that Merivale’s Justin Hemmes is in the process of buying the Paddington Arms hotel on Sydney’s Oxford Street.
The article also points out that Hemmes has other businesses planned on the Oxford Street strip.
The Paddington Arms Hotel was home to the cooking of Four in Hand chef, Colin Fassnidge, until the middle of 2013, when the celebrity chef and his business partner, Joe Saleh, left the venue when it was put up for sale.
