Dave Brown, owner-operator of Sydney bar, The Cotton Thief, reckons that Australia’s high quality organic wheat is so good, that it will allow he and business partner Luke Langton to make a vodka better than any in the world.
“Made from 100% organic ingredients from New South Wales, ISOS is handcrafted by our expert distillers in the Hunter Valley, resulting in a more sustainable alternative to imported vodkas, without any compromise on quality”, said Brown.
The duo have recently launched Isos Vodka in Sydney, following a successful funding campaign on the crowdfunding site, Pozible. It is made exclusively with organic wheat from New England in NSW and distilled in the Hunter Valley with filtered rainwater from the distillery’s own tanks.
