AKIBA is looking for talented staff to join our opening team from November and to help us create something special and unique.
With state of the art equipment, a who’s who of chefs from big name restaurants and a bar program that would make lesser establishments weep, you would have to be mad not to shoot through your details and join us for us for a chat about life, the universe and everything…or maybe just a job.
We have an experienced management team to learn from and heading up the drinks will be Lee Potter Cavanagh (recently returned from the UK where his last two bars were rated top 10 in the world at Tales ’14) and Noriel Calub (most recently of the Baxter Inn named 7th best bar in the world in the Top 100 ’14).
You should be someone who comes to work to challenge yourself, develop, but most importantly have a good time and enjoy what you do.
Your natural charm and understanding of what hospitality is, will be essential. Your ability to maintain calm when the game is on almost goes without saying but we thought we’d throw it in anyway.
