The Balvenie brings its celebration of Australian craft to Sydney
For four days during November you’ll be able to get a taste of Balvenie while checking out some fine Australian craftsmanship.
The popular Balvenie craft bar will be re-created in Sydney to celebrate fine Australian craftsmanship and the world’s most handcrafted single malt Scotch whisky, The Balvenie.
The pop-up bar will transform into a Museum of Craft where visitors will be able to admire the expert handy work of twelve different craftspeople displaying various skills in a shared public space. Visitors will also enjoy listening to music from handmade instruments while sipping on the rich and luxuriously smooth Balvenie range.
The craftspeople showcasing their work at The Balvenie Craft Bar will be:
- Allan Tomkins, guitar maker
- Mark Riley, surfboard maker
- Keith Marshall, bicycle maker
- Cinnamon Lee, metal worker
- Andrew McDonald, show maker
- David Cummins, furniture maker
- Senden Blackwood, stone sculptor
- Nick Haddow, cheese maker
