Here’s Grant Collins’ new book, Mix It Up


Veteran bartender Grant Collins  has been a busy lad of late: he’s recently opened up The Powder Keg in Potts Point, has become the new host of Mixing with the Very Best on the Lifestyle channel, and has just released Mix It Up: with cocktails & light bites, his new 304 page cocktail book.

Classic cocktails, to tiki drinks (like Three Dots & a Dash) to the drinks that Collins has become well known for, experimental and progressive cocktails like his Breakfast Mojito.

It’s not just about the drinks though: long-time Collins collaborator, chef Danny Russo, has also contributed some recipes so you can chow down on some good eats, too.
