The Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition has been on in Sydney this past week, and tonight eight bartenders got word that they have made it through to the global final, being held in Sydney’s Town Hall this Sunday.
These eight bartenders, representing their countries, have the chance of having their Bacardi Legacy cocktail joining the pantheon of classic Bacardi drinks, standing alongside immutable classics like the Mojito and the Daiquiri.
And the final eight countries are:

CHINA
SOUTH AFRICA
NEW ZEALAND
LEBANON
IRELAND
SINGAPORE
GREECE
