PosiPour have just released a new syrup from gourmet French producers 1883. The Madeleine flavour is recalls the shell-shaped cake of the same name — the same cake that French author Marcel Proust made famous with his description of his memory of eating it.
(They must taste pretty good — they kicked off the seven-volume novel In Search of Lost Time).
Needless to say, the syrup is packed full of buttery and grilled biscuit notes.
