On Monday evening The Perfect Blend NSW State final was held at The Clock, Surry Hills. Hospitality industry professionals came in their droves, to witness eleven of NSW’s finest bartenders battle it out at the fifth of the six state finals across the Oceania region.

Evan Stroeve from Shady pines, first ever competition entered takes the title for the Apprentice Category. (Shame he can’t take his male models posse with him !)
With Jono Carr, back for a second time- this time impressing the judges not only with his seamless presentation but his product knowledge test and blind tasting. Earning the title of the Professional Category Winner.
Both winners will proceed to the National final held at a secret location in May with ten (10) other State Final Category winners.
