
The Mint Julep is a classic Kentucky cocktail – they sell them by the truckload at the Kentucky Derby — but this one, made for us by Ryan Lane (this guy above) at The Gresham, well, it was just one of the finest we’ve ever had.
Mint Julep
- 60 ml Buffalo Trace
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 8 mint leaf
- Add ingredients to a julep cup, and stir with crushed ice until the tin is frosty cold.
