  • 30 ml Pu’er Tea
  • 2 dash Orange & Mandarin Bitters
  • 2 dash Fernet-Branca
  1. Mix all ingredients in a tea pot.
  2. Add ice and pour the into a coupette.
  3. Serve with the tea pot on the side.
