Vermouth Cocktail 2.0

  • 50 ml Carpano Classico
  • 10 ml Fernet-Branca
  • 1 large and juicy pink grapefruit slice
  • caster sugar to flambé grapefruit
  1. Fully covering the pink grapefruit slice with caster sugar and flambé it until caramelised.
  2. Add it inside the mixing glass, pour Carpano Classico and Fernet-Branca and gently muddle everything.
  3. Stir and strain into a cocktail coupette.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel.
