Vermouth Cocktail 2.0
- 50 ml Carpano Classico
- 10 ml Fernet-Branca
- 1 large and juicy pink grapefruit slice
- caster sugar to flambé grapefruit
- Fully covering the pink grapefruit slice with caster sugar and flambé it until caramelised.
- Add it inside the mixing glass, pour Carpano Classico and Fernet-Branca and gently muddle everything.
- Stir and strain into a cocktail coupette.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
