These lucky finalists are heading to Byron Bay, a destination known for its stunning beaches, excellent surf breaks, and hippie hospitality — and the town’s locals are all about sustainable living, both for themselves and the land. That’s something Beam Suntory feels so strongly about — in continuation of Trash Tiki and minimal waste, second use recipes — that we thought it was the perfect location (pun intended) . The finalists brief is designed to challenge their thinking based on this, as well as sustainability from within and personal health.
