Peddlers Gin Co is thrilled to announce a collaboration with renowned bartender Millie Tang, who will be hosting a one-month residency at Temple House, Chengdu, themed “Down the Rabbit Hole”.
Millie Tang is returning to her roots heading back to mainland China. With an Australian mother and Taiwanese father, this will be the first time venturing to her ancestral home and we are happy to say it will be in style.
An internationally recognised and award-winning bartender hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Millie will bring her expertise and creative flair to The Temple House. With a passion for combining Australian and Asian ingredients in her cocktails, she’s known for creating unique experiences for her customers. Recently included as part of the prestigious Drinks International Bar World 100 Most Influential.

Peddlers Gin Co, known for its innovative portfolio of craft gins, will be featured on a curated drinks list that celebrates the flavours of Asia, showcasing unique Peddlers botanicals sourced from regions such as Sichuan, Yunnan, and Gansu.
The Temple House, part of The House Collective, offers a blend of heritage and contemporary luxury in the heart of Chengdu. Situated near the Daci Temple, the House preserves the surrounding heritage buildings while providing guests with an outstanding culinary offering.
Guests will be transported “Down the Rabbit Hole,” into a world of delightful flavours dreamt up by Millie with the fusion of Australia and China in mind.
With Asia’s 50 Best Bars around the corner Shady Acres will be hosting Peddlers & Millie for a sneak peak of the ‘DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE’ menu on the 19th of July from 8pm until late.
