Highlights include reinvented Italian classics such as Panfocaccia, a flank steak, a Nduja madeleine and a warm frangipane pear tart for those with a sweet tooth.

The beverage offering is driven by local Australian wines and Italian drops, with a selection of natural wines also available. Bar Morris is also proud of their selection of Foradori wines, produced by Elisabetta Foradori; one of the most influential female winemakers in the world. On the cocktail front, try the Negroni Speziato which is made up of Chinese five-spice blend and infused with gin and a touch of amaro.

For the design of the bar, rich red tones contrast with reflective brass and tiling finishes, with the striking marble bar offering a softer feminine touch to the space. The velvet banquette and booth seating, leather-clad walls and wooden flooring create an elegant but earth ambience for guests to enjoy.
